Welcome to Callie J photography, I have been a photographer for almost a decade now,

I started my love for photography from a young age but only pursuing it as a career after having my children. Initially doing portraits, nurseries, pets and location work until the last couple of years where I have began my journey into wedding photography.

​

I love all genres of photography, but for me wedding photography is my real passion, it combines so many styles, challenges, and formats whilst telling the story of a loving couple starting out on their own personal journey, it really is a pleasure to be invited along to capture the raw emotion of the day.

​

I am based in Stamford, Lincolnshire and love travelling to new places to photograph weddings and meet new people, Being centrally based I am able to offer coverage anywhere in the UK, - destination weddings to be added in the near future!

My style of photography isn't limited to just one style, I like to use a combination of reportage (candid), posed, different effects, so that altogether they create images that you really want to hang your wall. Images that capture the true emotion of the day.

What to expect.

 

On our initial meeting we will go through what is important to you, who you would like in the images, which styles you like etc. along with things like timings to ensure enough time is allowed for the photographs that you want - too often this part is overlooked and not all photographers get the time they want & need to get all you would like!

From this we can tailor make a shot plan tailor made to your individual wishes.

 

At the wedding.

As we will have gone through everything and created a wedding photography plan with you, on the day we will arrive promptly - mostly there will be myself and my photography assistant, so we can capture images from many prospectives, we will then work in an unobtrusive manner allowing you to just relax and enjoy your day.
